(All shipping is based on weight)

Options available for delivery in the UK: 

2nd class tracked & signed for - up to 1kg £4.50, between 1kg - 2kg £6.50. Higher than 2kg prices will vary based on weight.

*All orders in the UK over the value of £50.00 will receive a standard 2nd class signed for delivery FREE*

All deliveries aim to be delivered within 2-3 working days in the UK. 

Tracked and signed for shipping in Europe and  worldwide is also available:

Europe - up to 1kg £13.95, 1.5kg £14.95. Higher than 1.5kg £15.50

Worldwide - prices will vary based on the country zone you live in. Delivery costs will be subject to the total weight of the shipment and will be displayed at the end of the checkout process.

All deliveries aim  to be delivered within 3-5 working days. 

Please note from time to time delivery delays may occur due to postal services. 

 All My Little Butterfly By Nadia are packaged with extreme care. In the unlikely event your parcel suffers damage upon receipt due to delivery mishandling, please ensure to take an image and report this claim to me immediately within the first 24hours of receiving your parcel. Failure to do so will impede any claim that is made and I will be unable to replace your items free of charge.

Returns and Refund

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help you.

 Once you receive your order you have 14 days to examine your order and advise me of any errors. After the 14 day period you accept that all of the products received from My Little Butterfly By Nadia shall be deemed to be satisfactory and My Little Butterfly By Nadia is said to have properly performed its obligations in relation to the purchase and sale and delivery of the products.

 My Little Butterfly By Nadia  products are mostly handmade therefore I do not offer a returns policy on 'unwanted', or bespoke designed handmade creations unless there is a specific unfortunate error to your personalisation on your creation.

 It is important before returning any products, please email me directly to: info@mylittlebutterflybynadia.com and quote your full name, delivery address  and order number. I will then contact you directly to arrange a refund or  exchange and to organise the return. Please note, that the original and return  postage is non refundable and you will be required to cover any postage  costs for your return. (It is advisable to post your returns as tracked postage as I cannot  be held liable if the item go missing in the post). 

If your item has been specifically customised bespoke for you, I am unable to offer a refund unless there is a defect.
