My Little Butterfly By Nadia reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Once an order is placed with My Little Butterfly By Nadia you have confirmed your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions. (Updated 30th January 2024)

Designs

Designs that are handmade by me, follow the same measurement guidelines, however as a result all designs are unique in their own way and slight variations between each item may sometimes occur. There may be slight variations in materials and packaging from time to time due to change of supplier.

Colours

Colour on screen will always look slightly different to the the final product received, due to lighting at time of image taken and or colour variations linked to the screen brightness and contrast level being used on different monitors. Slight variations in colours can occur, also if for any given reason I may require to change supplier, however photos will always be shared. 

Payments

Full payment is required once you have confirmed your order. Accepted payment methods are paypal, bank transfer, or cash and any major card payments such as AMEX, Mastercard and Visa.  For payments via bank transfer, details will be sent to you directly once you have placed your order. Once payment has been received, a confirmation receipt will be sent to you. Please note; until full payment has been received, no order will commence or be shipped. 

Customisations & Special Orders

For special measurement requests or any customisation on orders, may require an additional fee either set throughout the purchase process, or to be discussed with me directly to understand the specific customisation requirements of the creation. I am always happy to help so I can accommodate your customisation order as best as I can where possible.

Lead Times

Once your payment has been confirmed and your order has been received, due to some items being handmade to order by myself,  lead times may vary based on work load and order quantities, also dependent on time of year. Currently all orders will take no longer than 10 working days excluding shipping time. Should you require your order to be completed by a "special" date, please do not hesitate to discuss this with me and I will try my hardest to fulfill this for you if and where possible. Please note, lead times may also vary dependent on seasonal festivities and major key dates during the year due to influx of orders and deadlines on delivery. Cut off order dates may be used at these busy times, to ensure your  product is delivered to you on time.

Shipment & Delivery

There is one option available for delivery in the UK; 2nd class signed for. All deliveries aim to be delivered within 2-3 working days and are tracked. Tracked and signed for shipping worldwide is also available, however costs and delivery times will vary - upon checkout you will be notified. My Little Butterfly By Nadia items are packaged with extreme care. In the unlikely event your parcel suffers damage upon receipt due to delivery mishandling, please ensure to take an image and report this claim to me immediately within the first 24hours of receiving your parcel. Failure to do so will impede any claim that is made and I will be unable to replace your items free of charge. Free UK Delivery on orders over £50.00.

Pricing

 All prices are subject to change without notice. This will not affect any confirmed orders. Prices for  My Little Butterfly By Nadia products are detailed on each page. Should you require customisations, then there will be possible ammendments to the price, however please contact me directly to discuss further and I am more than happy to help you.

Returns

  Once you receive your order you have 14 days to examine your order and advise me of any errors. After the 14 day period you accept that all of the products received from My Little Butterfly By Nadia shall be deemed to be satisfactory and  My Little Butterfly By Nadia is said to have properly performed its obligations in relation to the purchase and sale and delivery of the products.

 My Little Butterfly By Nadia  products are mostly handmade therefore I do not offer a returns policy on 'unwanted', or bespoke designed handmade creations unless there is a specific unfortunate error to your personalisation on your creation.

 It is important before returning any products, please email me directly to: info@mylittlebutterflybynadia.com and quote your full name, delivery address  and order number. I will then contact you directly to arrange a refund or  exchange and to organise the return and replacement. Please note, that the original and return  postage is non refundable and you will be required to cover any postage  costs for your return. (It is advisable to post your returns as tracked postage as I cannot  be held liable if the item go missing in the post). 

  Health & Safety

 Due to small parts on products, such as beads, buttons, pom poms, diamantes - they are NOT suitable as toys for children, but used as decorations. Items are handmade and may be fragile. Adult supervision is always required at all times and must be stored and out of reach from babies.

Liability

 My Little Butterfly By Nadia accepts no liability for the misuse of any information or product sold through this website. There shall be no condition or warranty, expressed or implied binding  My Little Butterfly By Nadia as to the quality of the goods supplied or that they will be suitable for any particular purpose or for use under any specific conditions. Under no circumstances whatsoever will any liability be accepted for any actions, damages or consequential loss arising in connection with any information, goods or material of any description supplied by  My Little Butterfly By Nadia.

Charity Support

Thank you for each and every order placed. Any order placed through my small business, each month I will ensure to donate a percentage of my sales to Spread Your Wings Charity to contribute to their vital work in supporting and giving hope to Angelman families.  This is a wonderful small charity, run exclusively by volunteers and a charity that is so important and meaningful to me to spread awareness about.
